Has anyone else lost their internet and phone service. I’ve logged into my sky and all says service is running fine?

Are the three green lights on the front of the Hub 2 router or the smiley face on the Hub 1 router continually shown on ?
Double check the wiring hasn't come loose between the router and the telephone socket.
Maybe, also try a reset on the router by holding the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 Secs.
If still no joy, phone the nowtv broadband team for further assistance & help.
