Broadband account

Hi.

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I am looking for the details of my broadband service in my account but can not find them anywhere. I think my contract is due to expire in the very near future, i'm just trying to find out when

This link indicates that you should receive an email about your contract expiring soon.

Your best option would be to call the broadband team.

How to submit your complaint:

  • Give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW advisor.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
