I contacted NOW TV a couple of days ago to cancel my broadband package. They confirmed that it had been cancelled and I’d receive an email to confirm.
I didn’t receive the email but it said online that my packages had all been cancelled. I had an email today saying that my Now TV Hub has been dispatched.
I look online and it says my request to cancel has been stopped... Why would this even happen? Can you please just cancel my broadband I don’t want it anymore.
Cant even contact anyone now that I’ve tried to cancel I can only use this board.
