Broadband Bill

Very frustrated to see my bill went up from £21 (May) to £35 (June) and now £38.50 (July) with no explanation! and it's a nightmare to speak to anyone about this!

Well, I guess it went up in June because you had come to the end of a contract offer. And it went up a further £3.50 in July for all customers, who were notified in advance by email. If you want to discuss this with anyone from NOW you won't get a response here, give them a call on 0330 332 3050.
