Broadband Account

We just moved into a house and one of the other tenants set up her account and payment for the Now TV Wi-fi. They have cancelled the Wi-fi plan and moved out so now I want to use my account with the Now TV Wi-fi however it says we need the details to her account but I want to use mine to make the payment.

It isn't called Now TV W-fi, it never has been called that. What it is called is NOW broadband. 

You don't pay for Wi-fi, you pay for broadband which comes through the router which provides ethernet and wifi connections. 

If you want to take out NOW broadband, then best to call the broadband team. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down for the number.

Trying to take over another account is unlikely to be possible. best to just start a new account in your name.
