Blackburn broadband

Hi 

What's the update on when we will be back online in the BB1 postcode?

Today is the second day I've not had a connection, no updates from from company on the status of the issue or how long to resolve. Absolute shambles this service

There are no NOW staff members to respond here I'm afraid, if you have already done a service check via My Account the best you can do is call the broadband support team on 0330 041 2518.

Hi 

I called about 10 mins ago and the reply is " everything is working from our end so we have no updates for you " 

Plus to add: " you won't be able entitled to compensation because it is working from our end, this is a problem with your area!" 

"You need to wait 48-72 hours for an update" 

Even the website does not acknowledge there is problems in my area or Lancashire 

Surely this is a joke from the company to give support teams those answers to users

There is nothing that can be done on the forum as already mentioned by @redchiz1  You’re best to hound the broadband team until you get it sorted. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
