Bills

I have received an email saying bill not paid but on my account it says bill paid 2/11. I'm confused as to what is going on and can't seem to find who to call

Does the nowtv email received match the email used on your nowtv broadband account and not on another older account that you may have setup in the past for nowtv passes, that you have subsequently cancelled ?

Where I would first try phoning the nowtv broadband team to see if they can look into this on your behalf.

You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments on here and click on the drop down arrow below live date to show the telephone number to call.
