Billing issues - delayed live date help

    New customer here my now tv fibre was meant to go live on the 10th but was delayed till the 14th. See attached photos stating for every day live date is delayed £5 compensation should be given. I have just been billed £25

Mine was delayed a month, got £50 compensation but still tried taking money out
