Bill hasn’t been taken out

We had the engineers come out to switch the broadband which is all done and it’s working. However on my account it says ‘bill overdue’ when my correct bank details are on there and when I click ‘pay now’ nothing comes up. When I go to my bills and payments there is nothing there for current or upcoming payments? The money is supposed to go out today

Did you see the message when going to Technical Checks whilst logged on here.
