Been disconnected before my billing due date

I went live on the 2/11/2018 and as of today my services have been disconnected. My next due payment date wasn't until the 2nd of the next month December. Please could someone from nowtv fix this issue or I shall be forced to make a complaint to the consumer watchdog. Your breaking your user agreement!!
