I was meant to have my broadband activated today but apparently the phone line isn’t connected into the flat. Will I still be charged as I can’t seem to find any information anywhere. I have tried calling NOW TV but I can’t get through.
No, billing will not start until Openreach have signed off on all the necessary setup.
But you do need to talk to Now Broadband to see what’s going on - how does “can’t get through” manifest itself, exactly?
