Hi, I’ve got a broadband account and it goes out of my account every month but when I try to log on to my account it’s saying I have a tv account which has nothing on and I don’t have any payments due or anything?

If there is nothing under My Account > Bills & Payments or My Broadband & Calls such has Orders & Appointments and another internet browser doesn't help by making sure when clicking on the different account sections that there is a gb in the middle of the url address (and not ie or it).

 

Then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Did you get an email from NOW when you signed up to NOW Broadband and does the email address with the order confirmation received from NOW matches the email address when you log into your online account (just in case you have a second account for NOW Broadband).

Hi I’ve never had now tv before and it says the account was made in may which is when I signed up because I moved into a new house. I’ve tried all my emails and there’s only one that it recognises which is my main one and not coming up with anything, says I have no subscriptions.
