Account set up.

Hi,

 

I recently set up broadband with now tv and have received an email suggesting that I need to finish setting up my account. When I click this link it just takes me to the passes page and I cannot find a link for this part of the process. Is there anything else I can do or is it fine and all going ahead? Thanks.

A few people have reported this in the past, where i believe it might be a bug with the nowtv email broadband notification.

Have a read of my post in this thread, where you can check if your broadband is already in the nowtv system and is being processed.

Any concerns then give the broadband team a call (just be aware their helpline has been quite busy for the last two days)

To add to @schnapps post, if you click 'Broadband and Calls' underneath 'My Account' you should see your braodband order. If not, this means the account hasn't been linked yet 😕
