£9.99 taken from bank account even though I pay for my bills through BT

I have no idea what I have been charged for or why as there are no other active subscriptions on my account other than those I already pay for via BT directly (sports). I would like a refund and cannot find a way to contact anyone on the website which frankly I'm finding awful for customer support. The online bot is useless.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
