2nd Tier

Hello,

long story short, I've been having an issue that BT have said NowTV did not do a working line transfer and therefore, even though my services are provided through NowTV I am still having to pay line rental to BT.

After two-ing and fro-ing to BT and NowTV I have left the issue with NowTV and asked them to speak to BT and possibly do a working line takeover now so I am only paying one bill.

I was told on Friday Evening (last week) that it will be sent to the 2nd tier team and they will email me within 72 hours. Well it's been well over that and no response. Has anyone else had any issues / knows of any delay from the 2nd tier team or is it likely my complaint / issue has been removed?
