I am trying to sign up for now broadband and on the packages page I cant change to the 12-month saver plan, it displays an error saying "Whoops something went wrong, try again".
If a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it or if you have a smartphone with internet data when trying the NOW website page doesn't work and you are still getting the error message.
Then give the NOW Broadband Team a call using the telephone number from the link page below to see if they can process the order over the telephone.
