very angry

I'm trying to cancel my account with use,guys,and,it wint let I have already called use and cancelled,but yet use,are still trying to take money from my account shocking I want this,cancelled,now

@Anonymous User do you have broadband? As if not there is not a number to call. You have to click cancel within the pass in "my account". The button unfortunately goes inactive when they are trying to take a payment. What you can do is go to chat.

In the meantime @Anonymous User, I suggest that you offically cancel your your NOW TV subscriptions via your NOW TV account.

 

After which you will be sent an email confirmation, which you should keep for future reference Smiley Wink
