i cancelled by trial but have been charged two months in a row for Sky through NOW TV - finding it extremelyhard to contact team. looking for help to cancel this being taken from my account - thanks

Also make sure you cancelled your passes all the way through, it takes several but poeple found a little off/on button to complicated years back to stop auto renewal why there are about 4 screens to cancel. You get an email to confirm you cancelled too.
if you didn’t get the email then you didn’t cancel.
If you used to have a sky account, make sure you’re not signing in with sky instead of now tv.
have read so many do this, but you can potentially link wrong accounts
