Hi,
I have had money taken out too. I only wanted 3 months and I have been put on auto renew so 2 payments have come out - I want to purchase when I am ready 3 months at a time without auto renew but cant seem to find any contact details and i cant delete my card details. how do I speak to someone, remove auto renew, get a refund so I can get the 3 month package (as a one off with no renew)? Please can someone help!

NOW TV is a fully 'online service' which offers help to its customers via 'Live Chat', via 'email' or via 'this forum' (by forum members, along with a comprehensive range of Help Centre articles). And as such, there is no telephone number...
The most probable reason why you've been charged is because all the NOW TV service(s) you've subscribed to 'roll on' automatically if they're not cancelled prior to any 'free trial', 'voucher pass' or 'monthly' subscription expiring!
That being said, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you should be able to get some or all of your subscription payments returned to by contacting a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility.
The easiest way of contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
