payments still being taken out since I have cancelled

I cancelled my subscription last year and actually returned the boxes to the store where we bought it as it was faulty and didn't bother with a replacement.  

You are still however taking monthly payments of £6.99 from my account and I want this stopped and refunded immediately please.

You would be better off contacting NOW TV direct using live chat on the website, this is just a forum mostly used by fellow customers, although some NOW TV staff can help through the forum, live chat will get you a quicker resolution to your problem.
