maximum number of devices error 6003 - only 2 devices registered

Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices.  The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?

 

Appreciate some help.

I cannot seem to watch any programs on my now tv account this meesage appears 

 

youve registered the maximum number of divises, and reached your maximum changes .

 

can you help me ??

You can click on Contact Us and then go to Live Chat to discuss problem with a staff member

Hi there,

 

When I moved out, I added NOW TV to my ipad and removed the tv. Now I have my TV,  I have tried to add it and it won't let me. Could you please help?

It may be worth having a word with Live Chat & thwy will look into your account & see if anything can be done in this case.  Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page & on the next page click on "Live Chat". The link you need is http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above There's also the option to email NOW TV.

I have the same problem and I have bought entertainment package and movie package but can't use it. Can anybody help I can't get onto live chat.

Hi, I'm also having this issue too I have had the same 4 devices registered for a long time but one of my iPads has started to say to many devices even though it's actually one of the devices, please help

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Live Chat can help with this.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.
