maximum number of devices error 6003 - only 2 devices registered

Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices.  The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?

 

Appreciate some help.

Have a word with Live Chat.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Have a read on the linked guide below, if you are still struggling then speak to NowTV Live chat who should be able to add your new device to your account.

One of my children wiped the devices off on my phone with no password or confirmation required. Now on my youview box I cannot access what I PAY for. It simply says code 3006. To many device changes (how is a deletion of a device an actual change?). This is unacceptable as we can no longer access any movies at all and yet I'm still paying.

Jump over to nowtv live chat and explain to them what's happened, they should be able to reset your devices.

i keep getting a error code 6003 and something say i've used up my pass

This message means you've used up your device changes for the month rather than your pass. Have a look here for more info on this.

I watch my now tv through BT Vision box and the box broke and we had a new one replaced yesterday.
I've gone to watching my Now Tv and it is now saying that I've got to many devices even though I've removed the last one.
I'm very disappointed as I though if I deleted the last You View box it would work but now I have a new box and I can't use my Now Tv.
Is there anything you can do!

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you've reached your device limit. If you've watched on four different devices in the past then the device limit rules kick in, where you can now only add one new device a month, even if you delete several.

Have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.
