maximum number of devices error 6003 - only 2 devices registered

Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices.  The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?

Appreciate some help.

Thanks

Well J

The only thing you can really do is contact Now TVs "Chat Help Line" on the following URL:

Please explain your problem coherently and logically.

Hi there,

I only just re-started using Now TV after over 1 year.  However, I am not allowed to add any new devices until 1st December, and this means going to take 4 months to get all the devices registered.  This is a bit unfair given the older devices were historical.

How do I add my new 3 devices, since 1 is only working now.

Thanks

Paul

Hi @Anonymous User,

I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your situation to them.

The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,

Try the following: -

  • Disconnect the power cords from all the devices that access the NOW TV service
  • Re-boot your router (disconnect the power, wait 30 seconds and re-connect the power)
  • Reconnect the power cords

Cheers
