If you are trying to sign up in your phone I'd recommend trying on a laptop or desktop computer instead. Also make sure you enter a valid payment card when asked, there needs to be funds available as a 10p authorisation will be placed to check details are correct (it's only authorised not actually taken from your account).
Once you get your trial set up, remember to cancel it before the 14 days is up if you don't wish to continue as it will roll-over into a paid pass if you do nothing.
