I tried a skysport day pass on 18th June, it didn't work for me.
Tried online chat support, messages, no helpful resolution or feedback from technical team.
Paid 6.98 on 18th.
Now being charged £1.00 repeatedly on my card during the day today - is that charges for using useless chat support ?
Appalling service, can't find a way to remove my credit card details from the account.
Any suggestions ?
I didn't have time to spend another 2 hours on chat during the day today and now they are closed.

Hi Irk
You know, the only thing you can really do is log into "My Account >>> My Passes", in the green banner at the top of the screen, and cancel all the passes/vouchers that you have.
As a suggestion, screen print every pass/voucher you cancel to safeguard yourself.
