cant cancel subscription!!!

i am in the one month free trial period for NovTV movies.

I want to cancel my subscription however not able to find the cancel button.

It seems it is a common problem with NowTV so, can you assist with my request.

Hi @Anonymous User

You must be logged into the wrong account or you signed up through apple/vodafone because there are no active passes on your account. And the account your logged into here has not been completed.
