billed twice by now tv for movies and enterainment passes, need a refund please

hi 

 

i was billed twice for the same services on my debit card. movies and entertainment on the 16th feb and again today the 25th, how do i claim a refund ? 

 

help please

i had mistakely set up two accounts for now tv. all ok. i have cancelled one account. kind regards mark bentley
