been paying for now and sky cinema for months... Now TV no longer supported

I've been paying for months and had nothing in return....despite this site recognising me and sky too...I can't get anything to play.I now have a message...now TV no longer supported on this device.. My fire HD...not happy and feel I've been blatant!y ripped off. Ami missing something ..by the way, I've installed google play etc to see if thtd help but to no avail...

@Anonymous User it has never officially been supported on Fire devices. If you have been able to get it working in the past that is a bonus. Otherwise you will need to use a different device.

Simple solution. Cancel. The more people that do it the more they will sit up and take notice.
