Thanks for posting. If you are a new customer and have never used NOW TV before you can get the 30 day free movie trial. 

 

Please click on any movie content and it should allow you start you trial. Please get in touch if you have any issues.

Hi

 

My movie pass payment could not be taken as I've had a new card and hadn't registered it before the payment was due. I have updated the new details as the email told me to and I should have been given the option to restart pass or to buy another one. The buy now pass link is there however when i click on it nothing happens? No page loads....just nothing so I am unable to buy another pass. Can anyone fix this for me? Thanks

im having account problems i cant enter my account on my ps4 or andriod and ive pu the details in but  it wont appected it. Also im got a sky sports pass at moment and i cant watch due this.

I received a message to say my subscription was not renewed as they could not take payment.

I logged into my account yesterday and it said I could have next month for £1 and then £6.99 after that for the Entertainment pass, I paid the £1 which has gone out of my bank.

I have now received another message today to say the same thing - subscription not renewed.

What is happening please?!

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear you're having problems with your account.  I would suggest logging into https://watch.nowtv.com/ and have a look to see if your passes are showing up correctly under My Passes.

 

I hope this helps, if not please re-post and a member of the NOW TV Team/forum member will be able to offer you further support.

I'm trying to watch on my laptop and I'm signed in to my account, but it doesn't seem to recognise I have an entertainment pass already, and is instead trying to get me to sign up again. Help please 🙂

why can i not get my account set up? i put in my user name and pass word it says they cannot find any info....then it says sign in i do that and i cannot find any were to get in conntact with any customers services

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having problems signing up. If you're still having problems can you try and make sure the registration has been completed on a laptop/PC and then try and play out on another device.

hi it is not a problem signing up, I am already signed up, I have been since january.  I have been watching now on my lounge tv quite happily, then added chrome cast widgit to my new bedroom tv and downloaded nowtv app to my ipad mini so that I could watch nowtv in my bedroom,  I then tried watching nowtv back on my lounge tv and it wont let me log in using the nowtv black box and remote.

 

when I go onto my laptop to go into the nowtv web site again, I could do this before with no problems - I log in as an existing user and it keeps asking for me to enter a credit card even though you have one

I agree with what @SeeMoreDigital has said, It does sound like you may have more than 1 NOW TV Account setup.

Hi, I am also having this issue. In Ireland and using Now TV on my PS3. When I try to sign in it says "There seems to be an issue with your account. Either you haven't registered your payment details or they have expired. I can watch on my PS4, Android phone but getting this message only with my PS3.

Welcome to the forum. According to the NOW TV ROI help pages only the PS4 is supported at the moment, not the PS3, so that's probably the reason for the error.

I see, the app was added with my gf's profile. She has a UK address. It shows up in my profile but gives the error. Can we have PS3 supported in ROI please?

You know, it's highly unlikely that Now TV will roll out a new app for the PS 3, in ROI, at this late stage in the PS 3's life cycle.  IT companies do not like to write new software for old hardware, especially if the OEM no longer supports that device, in this case SONY.

 

However, as I do not own a PlayStation I do not actually know if Sony still supports the PS3, i.e. with software updates, maintenance releases and new software, but as the PS4 has been out for sometime, it's a good guess that they probably don't.

 

Still, I could be wrong.

Trying to log in on my laptop but it’s saying I need to accept the t&cs but when I go online I can’t find the option to do so
