I've recieved an email (on 08/09/2018) stating that my bill is overdue? But my bill is due on the 20th Sep, really confused and I don't want my services to be cancelled.
Anyone else had this messge?

Have you checked by going to My Account > Personal Details that your bank card details is up to date ?
If your bank card is fine, then the only way you will get to the bottom of the email saying that your payment is overdue is to either contact live chat or drop them a message on the link page below.
One word of caution live chat is pretty busy, so keep trying until you get through.
