Wrongly billed

As part of my contract with Vodafone I am supposed to receive NowTV for free, however I have just discovered that I have been charged £9.99 out of my second account every month since February! How can I resolve this or at least make sure it doesn’t come out again?

I feel they're scaming people, there's is no way to remove my bank details or subscription from NowTV, they've just charged me £22 for everything after i got the free trial a week ago.

Me too! Literally spent £70 on something I have never used and didn’t even realise it was coming out because it was my second account 🙄 So annoying!!

@Anonymous User As above I'd recommend having a word with live chat to see if they can sort you a refund if you didn't intend to carry on after the free trial.

I would also recommend to anyone enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future.  To turn your Payment PIN on, go to

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Sounds like it's a movie pass you've got active on your second account so it's probably not related to your Vodafone offer. On your second account you can cancel the pass by going to your My Account >  Passes and Vouchers page

If you see an active movie pass just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.You should receive an email confirmation.


As for a refund, you can try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you. To get there go to the following help page
