Wrong address on 'Broadband to go live'

Hi,

I have just checked 'track my order' and the address for the internet to go live says 'ground floor flat' which we are not - and I never said this? Does NowTV not have a customer contact number?

Go to My Account > My Package where there should be a telephone helpline number for New NowTV Combo customers.
