HI there, I have been a NOW TV customer for many years & always buy the movie pass. I have just gone to buy the pass, literally within the last 5 minutes (5 minutes of panic & looking around), and in my stress of coping with a naughty toddler & general idiocy, have accidentally bought the entertainment pack.
I am looking for a refund and to buy the movie pass as. I have never bought the entertainment pass before, and surely a NOW tv customer service could see that I have always bought movies, and I am alerting immediately.
There is no live chat as its a Sunday..
And by tomorrow my story might seem less believable as though I am trying to get a days free t.v and then cancel!
Can anyone please help?
