Why won't my nowtv box recognise my password or username?

I've tried resetting my now tv box & putting in my correct username & password and it's still not allowing me to use it. It keeps telling me that my password or username are incorrect. Can anyone help?

Still no luck with mine, it's allowing me to watch the free-to-air channels (I have the smart box) but not the services I pay extra for, kids, movies etc 😠

Mine is remembering my details now too. Wonder if someone tripped over the network cable to the authentication server. Not very surprising but Sky Store worked all morning!
