Why won't my nowtv box recognise my password or username?

I've tried resetting my now tv box & putting in my correct username & password and it's still not allowing me to use it. It keeps telling me that my password or username are incorrect. Can anyone help?

Same here. It was working fine earlier but now asking me to log in again and not recognising my details

Same here, I can sign in fine on everything else but my actual nowtv box. It's so annoying!

Same here....in the middle of watching something and it signed out by itself and now won't let me log back in. So annoying

Same here got three boxes same on all of them .Can anyone from now TV let there customers know what the hell is going on .You've had my money so I want to watch what I've payed for .
