As per procedure I contacted chat requesting they change my e mail address.
An e mail received from SKY ID saying to click link; I did, but it asks for PIN that I don't have 😞
Annoying.
"Enter PIN
Please enter the four digit PIN provided."
Why can't you have a self service process?
