Why is now to still taking my money when I cancelled with them 3 months ago!
Why do you 'now tv' keep taking my money I cancelled with you 3 months ago after you had taken a payment and you still continue to take my money? I find it sickening you scamming idiots!! Also the bank say that you can not take my money anymore but you still are! And you also aren't on my direct debit anymore some please explain why they are still taking my money when I cancelled with these idiots.
@Anonymous User NOW TV use a continuous card payment not direct debit. Your bank can and must stop these if instructed, but if visiting My Account doesn't show an active passes it's likely you have a second account with NOW TV, try this faq http://help.nowtv.com/article/Cancelled-but-still-being-charged

Thank you so much I already went through that process but obviously didn't do it properly it now says to buy a pass so it should have worked will be able to find out next month thank you so much for your help!
