@Anonymous User NOW TV use a continuous card payment not direct debit. Your bank can and must stop these if instructed, but if visiting My Account doesn't show an active passes it's likely you have a second account with NOW TV, try this faq http://help.nowtv.com/article/Cancelled-but-still-being-charged
