Why are NOW TV taking 2 payments for entertainment a month and make it impossible to contact them .

If anyone knows a reason even though they're main thing is "NO CONTRACT" why they feel they can double my payments and not be questioned as to why please let me know .... live chat is impossible to find and only leads me to this forum ty in advance

The usual cause is duplicate accounts. Have a look at the charges on your bills page

http://account.nowtv.com/bills

and if you don't see the extra charges you are getting listed there, it's likely they will be coming from a different account.


Might be worth checking you haven't got any other NOW TV accounts, it often happens that people set up more than one account to take advantage of different promotions and explains why they keep getting payments made even when they seem to have cancelled everything. Alternately you might be signed into an old Sky ID you have from having had Sky TV or broadband in the past.
