What's the status of my sky cinema pass?

Hi, I'm really confused. The other day, when I go into my account and look at my active passes, my account was saying I had 3 months left on my sky cinema pass. Now it saying I don't have a sky cinema pass, and that I can purchase a new month or apply a code. I've just booted up my now tv smart box and can confirm I was able to play a movie (hail, caesar) no problem.
So my question is, what's going on? I take it I still have a few months left on my movies pass?

Sounds like  you've signed into the wrong account on the website. Open up your NOW TV app on the NOW TV box and go to the My Account screen to check the username there. 

 

Then on the website go to your My Account > Account Details page

https://account.nowtv.com/account-details

and check the username there.

 

If they don't match you need to sign into the website with the username on your box instead.

If you can watch movies on the box you will have a valid cinema pass so it should show up on the account. Did you check usernames on box and website to confirm they match?
