Well what a load of palava

I just simply wanna pay for entertainment pass not movies nor kids, I tried to cancel movies but can't while they are taking payment, but I'm sure I tried 13 days into pass to cancel, also I never accepted kids pass or used it, and they are trying to take payment for that, which is an absolute joke, now I either pay for what I want and not what u want, or I cancel direct debit and u get naff all, so I suggest u sort this issue thank you sincerely kyle

If you're having trouble with your passes or are having trouble cancelling have a word with live chat they should be able to sort things out for you you can get to live chat using the link

Just so you know. NowTV does not handle payments by direct debit. They handle payments by a continuous payment authorisation using a credit/debit card. A direct debit payment will involve you giving NowTV your account number and sort code and does not involve a credit/debit card. You would not have provided NowTV with these details  in most cases, documentation, which contains your signature is also required to authorise direct debit payments.

 

Cancelling NowTV passes turns off auto renew and cancels the continuous payment authorisation you can cancel your passes using the following link
