Unauthorised Payments Taken

We had a 2 month free trail. I have just now been checking my bank account and you have been taking £9.99 since March and I did not authorise this. Please can this be looked into ASAP! I am not happy at all.

@Anonymous User when did you do the trial. Trials automatically continue as paid subscriptions unless cancelled. It does advise that when you apply a code. Often folk don't notice unfortunately.

It does state on the homepage that it renews at £9.99 unless cancelled but it is a little easy to miss.
