Stolen box and device changes

Hi there, maybe an unusual problem but highly annoying and I wonder if anyone can help me here.

Last week someone broke into my house and stole my now tv box. I renamed this box STOLEN and removed it from my device list.

I replaced it today with a new Smart box and I can't use it as I've already made my one change this month! Surely there is a way around this as I now only have 1 usable box in the bedroom. The other devices are registered to old tablets I don't even have anymore.

Any advice will be gratefully received !

Hi @Anonymous User  what a total pain-  total low lifes in my opinion.  Go on to Chat and they can help you.  I would recommend putting on a payment pin and changing your user details.  please contact Now chat via this link

Many thanks for the advice, I will be in touch tomorrow first thing. I'd already added a pin number and renamed the box as stolen just incase it gets sold on. I doubt that will make much difference to whomever may buy it. Complete scumbags caused far more value damage than what they stole. I'm guessing it was kids. They also took a pack of cigarettes I've had since I gave up three years ago. I hope they choke on them 😁.
