Hello I cancelled and returned a NowTV box and entertainment bundle with 14 days of purchase. The tracking number shows it was delivered to your warehouse on 15 August. I have contacted live chat and sent messages but either get fobbed off or no one responds. It’s unacceptable for a refund of £19.99 to take over two months and has wasted my time chasing. I’ve been in contact 7 times now. Please process the refund. I have tracking details. Thanks
