Some emails from NOW TV temporarily delayed

Some emails we send to customers are currently delayed due to a technical issue.

 

You may experience a delay in receiving email confirmation of any of the following:

 

  • Purchasing a NOW TV Box (including replacements we order for you)
  • Your NOW TV Box being dispatched
  • Cancelling a NOW TV Movies, Entertainment or Sports Month Pass

We're working to fix the problem as soon as possible, and will make sure all emails are delivered. 

 

We apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime.

This issue is now resolved.
