My cinema pass was due to expire on 10th April, so I purchased a new 6 month pass. I input the new code on 29th March, and it was accepted and showed it was valid until October. When I looked at my account the next day, it was not showing, and had reverted back to the original expiry date of 10th April? The option to input a new code has returned, but I'm reluctant to re input the code again in case it invalidates it! Why has this happened?
