Ok, so I've been using the Chromecast to watch nowtv , it keeps cutting out every 5 minutes for months now, I tried getting a new chrome cast, new phone, and new internet. Sadly this hasn't helped so I spent £20 on a TV stick and it turns out that it won't allow me to add the device even when I remove old devices. My account needs resetting if I'm to fix this problem or I'm having to Waite to the end of the month till I can add it. I'm so tempted to send the stick back and just cancel my subscription.
