Can someone please reset my devices? I only just found out about the limit after having bought a new tv and have to wait until the 1st May before I can add it. This was for my disabled sister so she could watch on a large screen so would be very grateful if someone could resolve.

As this is an account based issue you will need to contact live chat to see if they will reset your devices for you as a courtesy.
To access live chat:
☻ Click here.
☻ Scroll down to the bottom and click the contact us button in the lower left.
☻ Live chat should appear on the right hand side.
☻ An pop up box should appear with a drop-down box, select the most appropriate option and request chat.
