I wanted to try the entertainment monthly pass.
But due to various circumstances (mainly broadband problem, I am an Indian resident, I registered for NowTV while I was in UK for a long work assignment) I have never used the service. Iam sure you can verify that.
And I completely forgot about it. And now I have been charged for two months consecutively. 😞
Can I request a refund please.

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,
For security reasons all 'account' related issues (such as, NOW TV account removal/card details removal and refunds) are subject to the Data Protection Act, which means it's more appropriate for you to directly contact a NOW TV representative rather than asking one of them (or somebody who may be posing as one of them) to contact you!
You can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers are not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

I took advantage of an offer to take a Sky Sports Pass at a reduced rate, such that I could watch the F1 channel for the first 2 races of the season.
I have cancelled my subscription, but not before the payment has been taken this morning. I have no intention of using the service further, and the amount debited from my account today is twice that that I originally agreed to pay.
In light of this, I would like a refund for the this months subscription, and an end to my service.

I have been on holiday for the past week and on the 20th of April i decided to try the movies and kis passes via a free trial. I have just been looking on my bankstatment and have noticed that i have been charged 10p twice for the free charge as it was a new account set up, But on the 21st of april i have been charged 9.99 the price of the movies pass even tho it was a free trial, How do i go about getting my money back as this is not on taking my money even tho it was meant to be free.

Hi and welcome to the forum @Anonymous User,
The most probable reason why you've been charged is because you didn't officially cancel your NOW TV subscription(s)!
According to 'NOW TV's Terms & Conditions', if you do not officially cancel the individual NOW TV services you've subscribed to they will 'roll on' automatically prior to any 'free trial', 'voucher pass' or 'monthly' subscription expiring. Sufficed to say, asking your bank or credit/debit card company to stop making payments or replacing your debit/credit card does not provide official confirmation to NOW TV that you no longer require their services. Neither does not watching/accessing the NOW TV service!
After officially cancelling each one of your subscriptions (by accessing the 'My Passes' area of your 'My Account'), NOW TV will send confirmation by email.
This being the case, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you should be able to get all (or a proportion) of your subscription payments returned/refunded to you by contacting a NOW TV representative, which can be done via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility. Here's what you need to do: -
