Remove device doesn't remove device or stop device from using account

I have recently split from my partner after finding out she was sleeping with my best friend! Naturally I would now like to remove her device from my nowtv subscription. So I have removed her iPad from my devices multiple times through my logged in account but it is still there when I login and what she watches still appears in my watching list. I have removed this device through the nowtv app in the branded roku machine and through logging in via a browser.

I have also changed the account password and the account adult pin but nothing is stopping her from watching my nowtv.

Can you please advice how I can actually stop a remote device from using my account details without me being able to log that device out?

Any help with this would really be appreciated, many thanks

@Anonymous User have you tried removing device and replacing with a different device and making sure all four slots are used. Also change your email password as she may be notified of changes if she knows it.

I only have one device, my nowtv box. I can't enter anymore until next month (that's a great feature!)
Password is randomly generated.
I really would of thought removing device, changing password, changing adult pin would boot a device but apparently it doesn't!
My email is secure. Thanks

Remove device, doesn't appear to remove device. That feels either broken or this feature is incorrectly named?

Hi @Anonymous User,

If you are the NOW TV account holder you should create a new password (as previously suggested). And then I suggest that you contact a NOW TV representitive and ask them to delete/reset your entire device list.

After which you can log into the NOW TV service using your new password and when you access NOW TV content, your device will be the only device registered.

As said in the initial post the password has been reset/changed.
How do I go about contacting a NOWTV representative?

Hi @Anonymous User

Currently there is only one device linked to your account which is a Roku box. We are currently experiancing some issues with the online system showing incorrect information so even if it does show that the device is still there on your end it isn't linked to the account we're working on getting this issue resolved though.

Thanks @Anonymous User I have removed it previously and it just comes back. Can you do a hard reset? To remove all devices from my list and I'll change password once more and login with my roku. It appears the account UI removal doesn't actually propagate through to your data store.

it will update eventually @Anonymous User as we say it is a known issue. The device does show that you removed it on our end its just an issue we're having with the info not showing on your end.
